Hacktoberfest is here again! This year, the month-long virtual event to celebrate open source software is run by DigitalOcean and DEV.
WordCamp Europe 2019 (#WCEU) took place last week (June 20-22nd) in Berlin with a total of 2,734 attendees from 97 countries. This was the largest WordCamp in history!
WordCamp Europe 2018 took place last week (June 14-16th) in Belgrade with a total of 2,085 attendees from 76 countries and 808 live stream viewers. Besides the organising team, 170 volunteers were there to make sure everything run smoothly during the event.
The second WordCamp Madrid (#WCMadrid) took place last weekend (April 21st-22nd) at La Nave Madrid with a total of 400 attendees (plus live stream viewers). One more year, this was a great opportunity to share knowledge, meet people and learn from the community.
WordCamp Europe 2017 took place over the weekend (June 15-17th) in Paris with a total of 1,900 attendees from 79 countries and 1000 live stream viewers. These have been three intense days of talks, meetups, community, and much more.
Now that we are less than a month away from WordCamp Europe, we wanted to do our bit for the most important WordPress conference in the world. This year, we’ve tried to do what we do best to share it with you: a mobile app.
The first WordCamp Madrid (#WCMadrid) took place last weekend (April 22nd-23rd) at Campus Madrid, a Google space for entrepreneurs, with a total of 250 attendees (plus live stream viewers). As usual, this was a great opportunity to share knowledge, meet new people and learn from the community.
WordCamp Europe 2016 (#WCEU) took place over the weekend (June 24-26th) in Vienna with 1952 attendees. Three days of talks, meetups, community, and much more. It was not only the largest WordCamp ever but also our first WordPress event, and we must admit that it couldn’t have been better!
